The app does not connect to the BRIDGE One. What can I do?
If the ABUS One app cannot connect to the BRIDGE One, here are some possible solutions:

  • Make sure that your router is working correctly, is connected to the Internet and that your WLAN is active.
  • Ensure that your smartphone has an active internet connection, either via mobile data or Wi-Fi.
  • If the BRIDGE One has already been configured in the app but suddenly cannot establish a connection, it is usually sufficient to restart the device. You can do this by disconnecting the BRIDGE One from the power supply and plugging it back in after a short time. As soon as the BRIDGE One is reactivated and connected to your Wi-Fi, the connection should be restored.
  • Check whether the BRIDGE One is connected to your WLAN. If it is connected, the indicator light on the BRIDGE One will be solid white.
  • In some cases, it may help to close the app (do not leave it running in the background) and reopen it.

What can I do if the ABUS One app is not displayed on my Apple Watch?
If the ABUS One app is not displayed on your Apple Watch, you have probably deactivated the Automatic app installation option in the Watch app. Open the Watch app on your iPhone, scroll down to the Available app item and install the ABUS One app by clicking on Install.
