Burglars have an easy time with an unsecured door. A protective fitting is a good start to securing a house or apartment door.
A protective fitting, together with a mortice lock and a door cylinder, forms the basic protection that every front door or apartment door should have. It is screwed from the inside so that no screws are visible from the outside. At the same time, the protective fitting is flush with the door cylinder, which is why it does not protrude. This protects the door cylinder from being broken off and pulled out. Wherever door hardware cannot be fitted or where it does not fit well visually, protective rosettes are a good alternative.
Good to know: We can supply every protective fitting in a special version for fire doors.
