TVAC14000A
Video surveillance made easy
This complete package includes everything you need for quickly creating a wireless video surveillance system in a private area or for small buildings (1 to a maximum of 4 cameras). The set includes a 7“ radio colour monitor, an IR radio outdoor camera, 2.4 GHz with integrated motion detection and other accessories. Video images and sound are transmitted wirelessly by the camera to the monitor where they can be displayed – at distances of up to 150 m (free field).
Safe and wireless transmission via radio
Wireless signal transmission is ideal wherever laying cables is undesirable or impractical: The camera transmits the video and audio signal to the wireless monitor via the wireless connection. Wireless digital transmission is free from faults and interference, providing good range and transmission quality. The data is also encrypted to guarantee a protected transmission path. With protection class IP66 the camera is suitable for outdoor use and, thanks to integrated infrared LEDs, it also provides clear pictures at night.
Individual start of recording
As soon as the camera detects movement, it transmits video and audio signals to the wireless monitor, where the recording is saved to an SD card (max. 32 GB microSD card; required accessory). Continuous recording is also possible, as is pre-defining a recording schedule. It is possible to connect up to four cameras (TVAC14010A) to the monitor, and to simultaneously display all four feeds. The combination of camera and monitor makes for quick and easy commissioning. Because of the easy installation and the compact monitor that can be used flexibly, the set is especially recommended for home video surveillance purposes, such monitoring house doors.
The effective IR range will depend on the installation location. If there are surfaces that absorb light or no objects that reflect IR light in the field of view, the IR range will be reduced and/or the video image will be too dark. Reflective objects in the immediate vicinity of the camera (e.g. roof gutter or wall) may also result in the reflection of IR light, which can disturb the image.
