This detector onitors rooms using a passive infrared (PIR) sensor. Detects people very precisely in its flexibly adjustable field of view. Can’t be tricked, thanks to cover and creep-zone protection.

Precise detection, top PIR range and false alarm protection
The EN Grade 3 certified wired motion detector has a passive infrared sensor (PIR) and sensitive pro Fresnel lens that captures a detailed thermal image with uniform coverage of the detection field. Humans are detected by body heat (heat movement) with high accuracy and distinguished from pets; any incident is reported to the IAS/control panel. Max. false alarm protection and pet-immune. Innovative pro lens (flexible zone blanking) ensures a stable IR range (15 m/24 m) under all setting variants (vs. mirror detectors).

Volume and line detector
Can be configured as a volume (wide detection: 85° at 15 m) or line detector (narrow detection: 5° at 24 m).

Tampering is futile
Thanks to creep-zone protection, has no blind spots and detects people directly under itself. Integrated cover protection triggers alarm immediately if detector's view (when system is disarmed) is obscured.

Easy fine adjustment
Easily adjust detector sensitivity via handy DIP switches: thermal image zones detected and pulses that must be detected before alarm relay opens. Fast wiring to alarm control panel via common resistors. Coloured status LED signals detector status at a glance.

Flexible installation
Can be mounted on the corner, wall or ceiling - with tamper protection (cover/tear-off contact). Note: the mounting height affects effective IR range.
